If a price, an opening time or a transport detail on this site is wrong, please tell us — include the page and what you found on the ground, and we will check and update it. Reader reports are the best source we have.
Questions about your trip
We are happy to answer a specific question about Ubud, but we are a small team and cannot plan itineraries individually. Most questions are already covered in our travel guide, the 3-day itinerary or the getting there guide.
Bookings
We do not sell or operate tours, and we do not take hotel bookings. Tour bookings made through this site are handled by GetYourGuide, and hotel bookings by Booking.com; they are the people to contact about a reservation, a change or a refund. Their customer service details are in your confirmation email.
