Ubud offers tourist the ability to eat like a local at numerous warungs (small cafes). The staple is Nasi Campur (literally mixed rice), where no two places serve the same items. Also try Indonesian favorites such as Nasi Goreng (fried rice), Mie Goreng (fried noodles), or the legendary Babi Guling, ( a slowly roasted pig served will all the trimmings ).
